Furci Siculo, loses control of scooter: a man in serious condition

Road accident in Furci Siculo, in the province of Messina: a 42-year-old man lost control of his scooter and crashed violently onto the asphalt, and is in very critical condition. The impact occurred on the state highway 114, near the city park. The reasons for the 42-year-old, who lives in Santa Teresa di Riva, veering off the road are still to be determined. Injured, he was immediately assisted by some passersby who alerted emergency services. The arrival of the emergency helicopter from the 118 emergency service was necessary to transport the man to the hospital in Messina with a red code. The Municipal Police’s accident investigation unit also arrived at the scene to conduct surveys and accurately reconstruct the dynamics of the impact.
