Francofonte violates precautionary measure, placed under house arrest

In Francofonte, the carabinieri have arrested a 43-year-old criminal who was under house arrest for violation of drug laws and was not obeying the nighttime curfew. The arrest was made in accordance with a court order issued by the judge of the Catania tribunal. The military had been conducting regular checks on individuals under restrictive measures when they found the man had broken the rules twice, leading to his placement under house arrest.
