In 1974, a second store was opened, which is the current headquarters of the company (Viale Regione Siciliana Nord Ovest 4309 and Via Aquileia 88), which has received numerous prestigious awards, including those from the Gambero Rosso guide. In 1990, the current owner Salvatore, after obtaining his accounting diploma, joined the company with his father, brother, and mother. He has focused on continuous training, particularly on panettone, and has worked with experts such as Iginio Massari and Achille Zoia. The company uses high-quality ingredients, even in the face of economic challenges, offering a wide range of panettone varieties. Their most representative panettone is the pistachio flavor, loved by many. They also offer other Christmas desserts, maintaining the quality of their ingredients. Salvatore acknowledges the hard work of his collaborators, who dedicate themselves to ensuring the company thrives. Thanks to them, the company has progressed from being a reality in the past to a certainty today, and continues to grow as a promise for the future.
