Yesterday evening in Palermo, in via Montesanto, in the Kalsa district, there was fear as several fire brigade teams intervened to extinguish a fire that had broken out in an apartment. The firefighters worked for about an hour before completely putting out the fire. Multiple teams responded to the address 33 due to a fire that started in a second-floor apartment. Due to the significant presence of smoke, the entire building was evacuated, with some occupants receiving care from the 118 emergency services personnel. Police were also present. The causes of the fire are currently being evaluated.
