Fear at the port of Termini Imerese, a boat catches fire

A ten-meter boat caught fire at the south trapezoidal dock of the port of Termini Imerese, causing fear among locals. The Coast Guard and fire department quickly responded, extinguishing the flames within half an hour and preventing further damage to other boats. The fire was likely caused by an electrical short circuit, but thankfully no one was harmed. The incident did not cause significant damage to the fishing boat. Quick intervention by the authorities and fire department prevented the situation from worsening and avoided any environmental damage. This is the second maritime incident in the same area, after a fishing boat sank in September due to a technical problem in the engine compartment.
