Entrepreneur’s assets worth two million seized for mafia conviction in Gela.
Entrepreneur Claudio Domicoli from Gela, operating in the agricultural sector, has had assets totaling about two million euros confiscated. Domicoli has a criminal record for association with the Mafia, extortion, usury, tax evasion, illegal possession of drugs and weapons. Considered a prominent figure in local organized crime, he is under house arrest and also charged with fraudulent transfer of assets. The measure was issued by the Court of Caltanissetta, on the proposal of the prosecutor of Gela and the director of the Anti-Mafia Investigative Directorate (Dia), and executed by the Dia itself.
