Empty theater in Palermo’s Massimo, strike cancels Don Giovanni with Riccardo Muti

The Teatro Massimo Foundation in Palermo has announced that tonight’s performance of the opera “Don Giovanni” will not take place due to the national strike organized by the workers of the theater. However, a new performance has been scheduled for Sunday, October 29th at 8pm, thanks to the availability of maestro Riccardo Muti and the entire cast. Subscribers and ticket holders for tonight’s show can use their tickets for the rescheduled performance and keep their seats. Refunds are also available upon request.
