Electric blackout in aqueduct leaves Messina without water

There are still water problems in Messina due to a fault in the Fiumefreddo aqueduct, which has been shut down since this morning due to a power outage that has effectively stopped the flow of water to the city’s network, causing inevitable inconvenience to the population.

A large part of the city of the Strait has therefore been left without water, but the good news is that, according to what has been reported by Amam, the problem should be resolved shortly. The lack of energy has indeed prevented the operation of the water collection system that ensures the water supply to Messina, but everything should be back in operation shortly.
