The event “Spumanti dell’Etna” will be held from December 1st to 3rd, showcasing the best sparkling wines produced on Mount Etna. The event aims to highlight the diversity and uniqueness of each sparkling wine, as well as to honor the pioneers who first experimented with sparkling wine production on Etna. This year’s edition will feature a gala dinner at Palazzo Biscari, a DocuFilm presentation, a tour of vineyards and wineries, and seminars on Etna’s sparkling wines. The event will also offer a unique opportunity to explore the production techniques and characteristics of indigenous grape varieties. The event will kick off with a seminar on December 1st, followed by winery visits and masterclasses on December 2nd and 3rd.
