“The sentence handed down by the disciplinary section of the CSM against lawyer Mario Serio’s client, prosecutor Alessia Sinatra, for serious accusations, has shocked many due to its severity. This sentence exceeds the request made by the General Prosecutor of the Cassation Court. In February, Sinatra had already received another disciplinary sentence for exchanging messages with Luca Palamara about the former Florence prosecutor, Giuseppe Creazzo, who allegedly sexually abused her. This previous sentence resulted in a loss of two months of seniority for Sinatra.”
