Share On the road, from Palma di Montechiaro to Agrigento, to do the shopping. Not looking for a business where to save money, but one where to steal while trying to go unnoticed. It happened yesterday morning in a supermarket in the San Giusippuzzo area. However, it went badly – very badly – for husband and wife because the two, he of 50 and she of 40, were blocked by some employees of the business who also called the police. The couple was reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for theft. The two – according to what was reconstructed yesterday – stole swordfish and frozen prawns, packs of bacon and other foodstuffs, putting everything in the woman’s purse, for a total of about 60 euros. Sudden movements those of the two, who in fact put the various packages of food in the bag, which did not go unnoticed by the employees of the supermarket who, without wasting time, not only managed to block them, but also to call the police. In San Giusippuzzo, a patrol from the Flying section of the Police Headquarters rushed to identify the couple from Palma di Montechiaro and referred both of them. The stolen goods – foodstuffs for about 60 euros in fact – were recovered and returned to the managers of the commercial activity.
