A homeless woman was hit by a scooter launched by two young men, now wanted. The episode happened this morning on the steps of the church of the Santissimo Salvatore, in Corso Vittorio Emanuele. It is not yet clear whether the injury occurred in the course of a dispute. The woman, who suffered a head injury, was rescued by 118 staff but refused to be transferred to the hospital. According to the police reconstruction, the victim of the attack was allegedly injured during a dispute. The two young people, apparently two foreigners, would have started the quarrel for futile reasons. The woman allegedly threw a cart at the two young people and the latter responded by throwing a scooter parked nearby at her. The fight ended before the intervention of the steering wheel. It would have been a witness to clarify what happened. Other useful details to trace the attackers will come from the images recorded by the CCTV cameras located in the area.
