Coronavirus, checks on passengers from Rome left at Palermo airport: what happens on arrival
Controls against Coronavirus at Falcone Borsellino airport in Palermo have been strengthened. After the body temperature screening activity for passengers arriving with international flights started in recent days, from yesterday evening in Punta Raisi the technicians of the Ministry of Health and of the Italian Red Cross have extended the investigations also to passengers on domestic flights from Rome Fiumicino.
As usual, laser thermometers are used, while the procedures for the purchase of the thermoscanners have been started. The indication comes from the Ministry of Health and Civil Protection, at the conclusion of yesterday's meeting with the airport management companies.
