Explain the following article briefly:

Eight workers hired illegally and 900 tickets sold without the Siae mark, evading copyright law: this was revealed during checks by the provincial command of the Guardia di Finanza in Siracusa, in collaboration with the Police, at a nightclub in Avola where a neo-melodic music concert was taking place. Fines amounting to 190,000 euros were imposed and the temporary closure of the establishment was recommended to the Labor Inspectorate because the number of employees exceeded 10% of the total workforce.

During the inspection, finance officers identified a person under house arrest authorized by the Court of Siracusa to work as a kitchen assistant, who was found backstage organizing the singers’ performances and then freely conversing with customers outside the club, in clear violation of the strict judicial orders instructing him to stay in the kitchen of the establishment. A report was sent to the Prosecutor’s Office in Siracusa to assess the possibility of tightening the precautionary measure.

The police also discovered the absence of the necessary public safety license for the concert and the presence of a person under house arrest in Noto, with the judicial authorities also considering a possible tightening of the measure.
