Coast Guard monitors San Vito Lo Capo beach: crackdown on abusers.
The operation involved a thorough check of the entire San Vito Lo Capo beach by military personnel from the Trapani Port Authority, in collaboration with colleagues from the San Vito Beach Delegation. The activity, which started in the middle of the night, allowed for continuous periodic checks of the entire free beach area, preventing unauthorized access and the inappropriate placement of beach equipment before it could be rented by customers/tourists. This helped to prevent unauthorized occupation of portions of the free beach.
