Changes to the PNRR, Lagalla: “Funds allocated to Palermo are not at risk.”
#Palermo
“On the hypotheses of modifications to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Pnrr) proposed by the national government, we have received reassurances regarding the funds allocated to the projects carried out by the Municipality of Palermo, including the one for the redevelopment of the South Coast. The Pnrr is an important challenge for this administration, and we are making every effort to address it, as demonstrated by the fact that the Municipality is carrying out various projects within the timeframes required by the Pnrr,” said Mayor Roberto Lagalla and the Councillor for Coastal Redevelopment, Andrea Mineo.
“Regarding the South Coast, thanks to the strategic collaboration with Commissioner Zes Carlo Amenta, the administrative process is one step away from completion after collecting all the favorable opinions from the competent bodies, and we are ready to bring the resolutions containing the reinforced technical-economic feasibility plans for examination by the City Council. We are confident that the projects will remain within the Pnrr’s timeframe, but we are also aware that they will be implemented with other sources of funding.”
