Panarea is becoming increasingly popular among celebrities. Singer-songwriter Cesare Cremonini was seen having an aperitif at “Raya” with a group of friends and fans. The team from Miriam Beltrami’s hotel commented, “Everyone passes through here sooner or later.” Meanwhile, on Vulcano island, Serena Rossi, an actress and television presenter, was spotted at the “Faraglione Bar” with a fan.
In Lipari, Tony Parker, a sports executive and former French-American basketball player, was “caught on camera” with Vittorio Pavone and an influencer. The influencer added, “He is a four-time NBA champion, has been inducted into the Hall of Fame, and has reached the same level as Jordan.”
The spectacle of mega yachts continues in the Aeolian Islands. In Panarea, the 94-meter “Lady S” arrived with American magnate Dan Snyder, who also owns the Washington Football Team of the NFL. The yacht has twelve guests and a crew of forty. It features a beach club, multiple bicycles, an elevator, a gym, fishing equipment, a sauna, a spa, a Turkish bath, a swimming pool, and sports facilities such as volleyball, basketball, badminton, and a golf simulator. Built by Feadship, the exterior was designed by Michael Leach, and it can reach a speed of 14 knots.
Also in Panarea, the 88-meter yacht “Phoenix 2” anchored. It belongs to Polish owner Jan Kulczyc, of Kulczyc Investments. The interior is inspired by 1930s New York style and features two cinemas, a spa, and a 7-meter pool. The various floors are connected by an elevator, and it can accommodate up to 40 people including guests and crew.
Panarea also hosted the 53-meter sailing yacht “Squall,” built by Perini. It can accommodate up to ten invited tourists and employs up to ten sailors. The exterior of the vessel is designed by Dubois Naval and the interior by Perini. It is powered by a Caterpillar engine that can reach speeds of up to 14 knots.
On the main island of the Aeolian Islands, there is also “Chopi Chopi,” a 74-meter yacht built by the Ferretti Group. Made of steel and aluminum, it has five decks and can accommodate 12 tourists with a crew of 31, including 23 sailors and 8 members of the owner’s personal staff, as well as a helicopter.
