Center-right coalition in crisis, Lagalla considers reshuffling.

The latest attack on the stability of the majority has a precise name: Italia Viva. However, no one yesterday seemed willing to talk clearly about the feared forced exit from the Renziani junta, although they had merged into the civic list Lavoriamo per Palermo for the elections. The component that would still be tied to Senator Davide Faraone has become, since the afternoon, not only the thorn but the knife in the side of the mayor, who has been on tenterhooks for days: getting rid of councilor Totò Orlando and reshuffling is seen as an annoying diktat imposed on the junta by the national government and the closest Region.
Political balances have changed and the Municipality is not exempt from the repercussions. Which became “inevitable” just at the end of the summit and a tumultuous day for the Lagalla administration. The mayor will meet next Friday with the regional secretaries of the parties that support him, but in the meantime he could shuffle the cards and reset the junta: “Nothing can be ruled out,” say those close to him.
