The investigation started after a person lent their phone to a stranger in a hospital waiting room, who then used it to threaten his wife. The phone’s owner, who overheard the conversation, alerted the postal police via email. Urgent investigations identified the woman who was the recipient of the threatening calls. She revealed the ongoing threats and harassment from her husband after their separation, including numerous phone calls and messages. The investigation led to the prosecutor obtaining the restraining order against the suspect.
