Typical Favignanese farmhouse from the early 1900s, located on the flat part of the island, in a cool and breezy area.

Made with tuff and recently renovated, immersed in the rural tranquility of the hinterland and surrounded by delightful underground gardens.

It is just over 1 km from the most famous beaches of the island: Cala Rossa, Cala Azzurra, Bue Marino and Lido Burrone (the only equipped beach in Favignana) and about 3 km from the historic center, easily reachable by bicycles and mopeds.

The property has three apartments of about 50 square meters each with independent entrance, spacious outdoor verandas equipped with tables and deck chairs with a suggestive view of the sea and / or the tuff quarries.

The apartments have all comforts: equipped kitchen, fridge-freezer, washing machine, satellite TV, hairdryer, iron, orthopedic bed bases and mattresses.

Doors and windows complete with mosquito nets and air conditioning in all apartments.

Each apartment can accommodate from 2 to 4 beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds).

Additional bed 20 euros.
