Upstairs we discover a large terrace of 120 square meters. with decking, overlooking the sea and furnished with care, looking for natural elements that do not separate from the place, but enhance the typical authenticity that distinguishes the land in which we live.

The terrace hosts two Yurts, connected internally, one triple (with double bed), 1 bathroom with tub and dressing room.

The yurt is an eco-sustainable Mongolian dwelling, made up of a skeleton of steam-bent larch and fir strips, intertwined to form a circular lattice, which ends to form a central hole, which if open, allows you to further ventilate the room .

The roof is made of sheepskin felt rugs, which insulates, isolating it from atmospheric agents.

Seraphic and functional, resistant to desert winds, light and very welcoming, you can take refuge inside pampered by the sound of the sea.

Outside the yurts we find an entire open-air dwelling.

An outdoor shower; the well-shaded kitchen is equipped with a pantry and a gas barbecue; further on, the bar area with an adjoining refrigerator introduces us to the dining area with a convivial table; climbing 5 steps we find ourselves on the large solarium, with a canopy bed and various relaxation corners, which admire the main attractions of Punta Secca: the lighthouse, the historic Saracen tower, the marina and the well-known house that hosts the television series of Commissioner Montalbano ; as well as being seduced by the wonderful sunsets of Punta Secca.
