Carnevale di Sciacca: Six allegorical floats approved

The 2024 edition of the Sciacca Carnival has its protagonists. The examining commission in charge of evaluating the project proposals for the allegorical floats to be admitted to the event has admitted the six presented for category A, as many as required by the call for proposals. The only proposal submitted for category B has also been admitted, but the association that had come forward has decided not to follow up on the request. The commission has positively evaluated the requests from the associations for the category A floats, with various themes. The Sciacca Carnival 2024 has been scheduled for two weekends: Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 February, and then Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 February 2024.
