Another parking meter was destroyed in Carini last night. In just 48 hours, three cash boxes belonging to the Telereading company, which manages paid parking lots, have been put out of order. This time, the theft was unsuccessful.
The thief only managed to damage the system but did not succeed in taking the money inside. The attempted theft took place on Via La Torre. The night before, two systems were damaged on Via Petrarca and Via Emilia. In that case, a few hundred euros in coins were taken. There have been about ten damages caused to the company. These damages have also been reported to the police who are investigating.
