The "CallCuore" Service, activated by the Cardiology Unit of the Polyclinic of Palermo, thanks to the contribution of the Pfizer-BMS Alliance, represents a good example of a public-private partnership designed to improve the quality and effectiveness of treatments and increase long-term adherence to therapies.
The program will be managed by Domedica, a leading company in the delivery of patient support programs, and will follow 80-100 patients suffering from atrial fibrillation.
