Cardinal Bagnasco visits the police of the Ragusa Police Headquarters

On the morning of April 24, Cardinal Angelo BAGNASCO – archbishop emeritus of Genoa, president of the Council of Conferences of Europe and former president of the Italian Bishops’ Conference – in Ragusa on the occasion of the celebration of the liturgical feast of San Giorgio, presided over by the same, he wanted to greet the Police Commissioner Giusy Agnello and the staff of the Police Headquarters.

During the short visit, as a sign of gratitude and in memory of the visit, the Commissioner wanted to donate a crest from the Ragusa Police Headquarters to His Eminence.

As a sign of thanks for the work done by the women and men of the State Police to protect your person, the Cardinal wanted to give a blessing to the Police Commissioner and the policemen present, before leaving the Hyblaean territory, wishing them a fruitful continuation of work and underlining the importance of the service carried out by the State Police on the territory and among citizens.
