In Palermo, the notorious burglary gang struck again. Two hooded men driving a stolen white Fiat Punto crashed it into the glass window of a tobacco bar inside a Q8 gas station on Galletti Street, near the border between Palermo and Villabate. They stole around 500 euros and cigarette packs worth 2,500 euros. They then fled in the same car, which was later abandoned. Police are investigating the incident using surveillance camera footage. It is worth noting that this establishment had already been targeted by thieves twice in the past few months, with the second theft yielding approximately 10,000 euros for the gang.
