The association crime is prescribed for General Arturo De Felice, former director of the Dia Sicily, and for General Gaetano Scillia, former head of the Dia Caltanissetta, both accused in the context of the maxi-trial of former president of Confindustria Sicilia Antonello Montante. The president of the collegiate court, Francesco D’Arrigo, highlighted that the associative crimes of the two defendants would have occurred while they were in charge of the offices. However, both of them continue to be accused in the criminal proceedings.
