The “Oasi” Bed and Breakfast was born with the intention of offering its guests a welcoming and comfortable accommodation, respecting the simplicity and genuineness that distinguish the Sicilian tradition.

An ideal destination for those who want to spend a relaxing period immersed in the extraordinary beauty of the Mediterranean coast characterized by the alternation of high cliffs, sandy coves and pebble beaches which allows to satisfy the most diverse needs of bathers.

From our structure it is possible to enjoy the splendid view of an enchanting sea that welcomes the sun at every sunset.

B&B Oasi is just 5 km from the city center of Palma di Montechiaro and a 15-minute drive from Agrigento’s majestic Valley of the Temples.

The variety of the coast is the characteristic of our coast, it is in fact possible to appreciate the beaches as well as the cliff that you can see from the crystalline waters that let the seabed shine through.

You are in the splendid baroque of the country of the Leopard in the environments and lands where the last Tomasi di Lampedusa lived.

Palma di Montechiaro became world famous with the success of the novel “Il Gattopardo”.

In this place, history, spirituality and art are intertwined.

The first home of the Tomasi family in Palma is the Ducal Palace which in 1659 was transformed into a Benedictine Monastery to house the daughters and wife of the Holy Duke. It is located on a semicircular and impervious flight of steps, in a square square with the streets crossing in the place that was once marked by the column with the cross.

It was inaugurated on June 12, 1659. The Monastery has a simple appearance with unadorned windows. Windows decorated in Baroque style overlook the internal courtyard.

From inside the parlor there is access to a garden full of trees where a sculpture of the Madonna with San Benedetto is placed. The nuns also guard the Madonna della Colomba Rosata.
