B&B Casa Mia – Modica

The structure is located in the center, the balconies of the rooms overlook Piazza Liberta, one of the most important squares in Modica. We are very close to the Commercial Center; easily accessible by public transport (bus stop for all directions in front of the entrance) and private (possibility of parking bikes, motorcycles and cars in the private courtyard).

“Casa Mia” is one of the few structures in the city center that has no external architectural barriers.

Ideally located to easily and quickly reach the surrounding archaeological sites (Cava dâ € ™ Ispica 5 minutes by car) and the beautiful seaside areas (Marina di Modica 10 minutes by car).

The whole structure is heated and the rooms are equipped with ventilation systems that make the temperature pleasant all year round.

The very large rooms allow the possible addition of a 3rd / 4th bed which is agreed separately. The strictly family management allows us to maintain absolutely competitive prices and the particular attention paid to hospitality allows us to satisfy the expectations of our guests.
