The automotive world has lost an important man. The city of Comiso, in Ragusa, mourns Marcello Amarù, one of the key figures of Multicar Amarù, one of the most well-known automotive companies in the Iblean area. Amarù was 61 years old and lost his battle against a serious illness.
The news of his death was announced by Multicar on their Facebook page with a heartfelt message: “The Amarú family has been struck by a great loss: dear Marcello Amarú, after a long illness, has left us surrounded by loved ones. All the employees of Multicar and their families are close to the Amarú family in this immense sorrow and great loss. Marcello, rest in peace. We will jealously cherish the many memories of the wonderful person you were. To us, you are and will always be a great fighter and a winner.” And within a few hours, there were almost a hundred messages of condolences.
