Augusta: Convicted criminal arrested for evasion, must serve sentence

Carabinieri of the Augusta station arrested a fifty-eight year old from the area in execution of a home detention order issued by the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Syracuse.

The man was found guilty of evasion and will have to serve two years of imprisonment and after the formalities he was placed under house arrest in his residence, as ordered by the judicial authority.
