Architect Vito Scalisi is leading in Salemi (Trapani), where the mayoral election is taking place. Scalisi is supported by the civic list “Scelgo Salemi” and is currently at 56.69 percent compared to the 37.1 percent of teacher Giuseppina Spagnolo. The third candidate, Francesco Giuseppe Crimi, is at 6.21 percent.
