Today, a total of 153 migrants arrived in Lampedusa after being rescued from three boats by the Coast Guard’s Cp306 motorboat and a Swedish Frontex vessel. Among the migrants were 42 Sudanese who had departed from Al Amra, Tunisia, and 51 Ivorians, Egyptians, Gambians, Ghanaians, Guineans, Malaysians, Nigerians, Senegalese, and Somalis, including 2 women and 2 minors, who had departed from Zouara, Libya.
