47-year-old man arrested in Trapani for stalking his ex-wife against restraining orders

Italian Carabinieri from the Trapani Borgo Annunziata station have arrested a 47-year-old man accused of stalking his ex-wife. A few hours before, the officers had issued a restraining order forbidding him to approach places frequented by his ex-wife and had applied an anti-stalking bracelet. Despite this measure, the man showed up at a concert attended by the woman. She alarmed, called the Carabinieri who managed to apprehend him. The man has been arrested and placed under house arrest pending a validation hearing.
