Two police officers on duty at the Mondello police station saved a 46-year-old man who had collapsed to the ground near the La Torre hotel in Palermo due to a cardiac arrest.
Pending the intervention of the 118 health workers, the two officers, a man and a woman, on duty in the steering wheels reached the fire brigade shore and asked for the intervention of one of the firefighters on duty at the bathhouse with the defibrillator.
A decision made in just a few minutes that actually saved the life of the Palermo player.
Thanks to the use of the defibrillator, the human heart started beating and the bather started breathing again.
Shortly after, the 118 ambulance arrived.
The doctors stabilized the man from Palermo and transported him to the hospital of Villa Sofia.
