185 migrants arrived in Lampedusa after being rescued by Cp327 from four small boats departing from Sfax. There were between 39 and 51 people on board, claiming to be from Sudan, Yemen, Gambia, Guinea, Mali, Senegal, Benin and Ivory Coast. The total number of arrivals in Lampedusa has reached 372 since midnight. After a health check, the new arrivals were taken to the Lampedusa hotspot, where there are currently 192 guests. The 187 who arrived on the first four boats were transferred to a ferry that will arrive in Porto Empedocle the next morning.
