Ten boats with a total of 334 people on board arrived in Lampedusa, where 12 landings were recorded since midnight, totaling 418 migrants. Three of the last 10 rescued boats, carrying 48, 6, and 21 people (including 5 women and 4 minors) from Cameroon, Syria, Libya, and Egypt, departed from Zwara, Libya, paying $2,000 per person or 100,000 Libyan dinars. All other boats, carrying migrants from Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Guinea, Mali, Senegal, and Sierra Leone, departed from Sfax, Tunisia. All newcomers were taken to the Imbriacola hotspot, where the total number of people increased to 622. As of 7 am this morning, there were 294 people present.
