12 and 6 years sought for Messina Denaro’s suppliers in Campobello di Mazara

The prosecutor of the Dda in Palermo, Piero Padova, has requested a sentence of 12 and 6 years for Lorena Lanceri and her husband Emanuele Bonafede, respectively, who are accused of being “purveyors” for the boss Matteo Messina Denaro. Lanceri is charged with mafia association, while Bonafede, the cousin of the surveyor who provided the mafia boss with his identity during his time as a fugitive, is charged with aiding and abetting aggravated by neglecting the penalty. Both are currently in detention. They are accused of harboring and taking care of the wanted mafia boss for months in their home in Campobello di Mazara.
