11 parents in Catania reported for not sending children to school

Eleven parents in Catania who were not sending their underage children to school were reported to the police and admonished by the police chief. The police also sent the measure to the relevant authorities to evaluate the possible suspension or revocation of any state aid, particularly in reference to the inclusion allowance or citizenship income. The suspects were also reported to the local prosecutor for minors for the adoption of further measures by the juvenile court. Two parents were also reported to the public prosecutor because their minor child was found alone on the street riding an electric bicycle. The minor was returned to the parents with a warning to watch over their child.
